What is a Home Inspection

Barrie Home Inspections provides a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often done in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a professional home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a computerized report of his findings. The client will then use the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase.

Barrie Home Inspections – Free Thermal Imaging

Barrie Home inspections provides Free Thermal Imaging Scan using an infrared Camera with every home inspection. Thermal imaging is based upon the science of infrared energy (otherwise known as “heat”), which is emitted from all objects. This energy from an object is also referred to as the “heat signature”, and the quantity of radiation emitted tends to be proportional to the overall heat of the object.

Thermal Imaging can detect many types of deficiencies in a home that otherwise may go un-noticed.Barrie Home Inspections - Thermal Imaging
